As part of our commitment to our customers, we provide a range of on-site support options.

Company Support Options

We have ongoing contracts with some of the largest biotech research sites in the UK. We carry out routine service and calibration according to  monthly lists of schedules for work.

We work for a number of US and European equipment manufacturers who do not have the local infrastructure for quick on site support and who recognise the benefit of buying true support as and when required.

With specific training on each instrument and with documented GxP (Good laboratory / manufacturing / clinical Practice) our training records are routinely updated. This is in accordance with our ISO9001 quality manual.

We always introduce ourselves as being an employee of the OEM Company, we can carry business cards to represent the OEM manufacturer.

We are familiar with many biotech centres and have engineering support close to Cambridge, Oxford, London and Manchester. With the fast rail and flight links, we can be on site in Europe within two days.

This work takes the form of commissioning and installation qualification, routine service work, calibration and preventative maintenance. We hold spare parts for these Companies and can offer a low cost service solution. Our aim is to contact your customer as one of your engineers, and to identify as much information as possible during this first contact. The service visit should then be aimed at a specific task and one that we are prepared for.
