On-Site Service

As part of our commitment to our customers, we provide a range of on-site support options.

Company Support Options

In addition to our own customer support, we can also provide a national service support for companies who sell, or intend to sell, equipment into the UK but who do not have local service backup. We always introduce ourselves as being an employee of the OEM Company.

We currently offer this service to number of European manufacturers who are mindful of the benefits of local support. We have undertaken training on the equipment that we maintain, this ensures that we can offer the confidence and abilities to maintain your customers trust.

This work takes the form of commissioning and installation qualification, routine service work, calibration and preventative maintenance. We hold spare parts for these Companies and can offer a low cost service solution. Our aim is to contact your customer as one of your engineers, and to identify as much information as possible during this first contact. The service visit should then be aimed at a specific task and one that we are prepared for.
