Service Support

Our service engineers are based throughout the UK, and offer on-site service support nationally and throughout Western Europe.  We specialise in the biotech and pharmtech environments and have detailed knowledge of the exacting conditions and specific hazards in chemistry, biological and microbiological laboratories.

The current list of supported instrumentation includes:

Fermenters / bioreactors

Flow cytrometry

Particle analysis and sorting

DNA extraction robotics

Shaker / incubators

HPLC and FPLC

Laser and TOF optical systems

Gas flow control for inhalation drugs

Some of this is directly for pharmaceutical reasearch teams , while others are serviced on behalf of a number of overseas manufacturers who empower us to carry out work on their behalf.

We have extensive knowledge of the spread of options available to service buyers, specifically: the choices and cost effectiveness of preventative maintenance; OEM support; service third parties; and in house engineering.
